At Gems Turtle, operated by Vaishnavi Enterprises, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation terms below:

📌 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

📌 How to Cancel an Order

  • Reason for cancellation

📌 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If cancelled within the allowed time, full refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

📌 Cancellation by Gems Turtle

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues or failed transactions
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy)
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing begins
