Refund policy

At Gems Turtle, operated by Vaishnavi Enterprises, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help. We currently ship within India only.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Please share your order ID, the reason for the return, and product photos (if applicable). Once your return is approved, please send the item to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please inspect your order on delivery and inform us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or an unboxing video, so we can make it right.

Return shipping

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at gemsturtle@gmail.com.
